FAQ


a) For In-App Purchase:

  1. Solution: Use the “Restore Purchase” button under the gear (top right). *
  2. Solution: If you have a user login, log in again (registration via e-mail, Facebook or Google). The premium membership is saved in the user login and is automatically restored. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the app.
  3. Solution: Delete the old subscription and subscribe to a new one.

    * The “Restore Purchase” function can only restore purchases on the same platform (Apple iOS or Google Android). Transferring your subscription between your iOS or Android phone is only possible if you have previously created a Silence Finder user login.


b) When using a premium code:

  1. Solution: Here there is usually a user login. Use it to log in again (registration via e-mail, Facebook or Google). The premium membership is saved in the user login and is automatically restored. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the app.
  2. Solution: If you do not have a user login, please send your premium code to our support for verification and troubleshooting:

a) Adjust volume

  1. Open the settings (top right button)
  2. Adjust the “Voice – Music Balance” slider. The default setting is the center position.

b) Redownload audio files

  1. Open the settings (top right button)
  2. With the button “Clear Cache” the audio files are reset and then downloaded again.
